I bought my bike three years back with lot of passion on 15th May 2005 and this was the biggest asset i bought at that time. During that time, i was working with GIDB. I bought this bike with funding help from Indian Overseas Bank, Thaltej Branch.
Now, as bike has completed three years. It has run for 19500 km and helped me with smooth ride on Ahmedabad and Mumbai roads. Till March 2006, it was with me in Ahmedabad and after that I used my passion on Mumbai roads.
On an average, i drive 17.8 km per day on Mumbai and Ahmedabad roads. Usage of bike has increased after coming to Mumbai. In Mumbai, i am driving my bike almost 30 km every day instead of 5-6 km every day in Ahmedabad. It gave good mileage of 50-55 km throughout these years.
I just love driving my bike-GJ 1 EK113, and willing to maintain it for long time. So it can always keep helping me on jammed Mumbai roads to allow me to overtake from left side.
Update till 2011
Later years from 2009 to 2011, i have not used my passion, as i was hardly in india during this period. But still i will love to drive it.
Update after 2011
I have to sold my love in September 2011, as i was shifting my base from India to Australia. Hope his new owner is driving it well.
