Oberoi Mall, Goregaon (E)

Today I have been to recently open, Oberoi Mall in Dindoshi, Goregaon (East) Mumbai. It is another landmark for Mumbai Suburbs, which will attract thousands of people every day for variety of brands located inside the Mall. Oberoi Mall will remind you of Inorbit Mall in Malad (West), but still this mall is small in scale.

Life Style, Adidas, Pepe Jeans, Barbie, E-Zone etc have already open their outlets and Central, Archie, PVR etc are on the way to open their outlets. This will be first Central for Mumbai, cities like Hyderabad and Pune already have Central and already famous there.

Traffic movement due to Oberoi Mall can create congestion in Dindoshi area. Even Mall is located very near to Dindoshi flyover junction; hence Mall can create chaos for surrounding area. It seems that lot of planning has gone while designing the Mall, as exit from parking has been kept quite far from the junction.

From general public point of view, this mall has given opportunity to people of surrounding area such as Dindoshi, Malad (E), Kandivili (E) to shop, eat and watch movies here instead of going to Inorbit Mall in Malad (W).
